Who is responsible?
Wail Saidani, a sole proprietor trading as DevDream (French SIRET registration number 840 285 464 00037, 92390 Villeneuve-la-Garenne), is the controller of personal data collected on devdream.fr. For questions: contact@devdream.fr.
What I collect and why
When you contact me. When you email me, call me or book a time, I receive the information you provide: your name, business, email, phone number and a description of your needs. I use it to respond and prepare an estimate. Legal basis: the precontractual steps you request (article 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Retention: three years after our last exchange, then deletion.
Appointment booking. The calendar on the French contact page is provided by Cal.com Inc. (United States), which acts as a processor. When you book, Cal.com processes your name, email, chosen time, time zone and anything you enter in the description field to create the appointment and send a confirmation. Legal basis: article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Details of its processing: cal.com/privacy.
Website traffic measurement. Google Analytics 4 tells me how many people visit the site and which pages interest them, only with your permission through the banner at the bottom of the page. Without your permission, it does not load. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
ChatGPT advertising tracking. With your permission for advertising tracking, OpenAI connects a confirmed booking to interactions with a ChatGPT ad. It receives the action type, date, a measurement reference and available browser and click identifiers. DevDream's code does not add your name, email, phone number or message to this event. Tracking does not load on the course launch notification page. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
OpenAI uses this data to measure results and improve its advertising services. Automatic matching may also recognize contact details available on a page and convert them into hashes before sending, without sending the raw details. You can accept analytics only or reject all tracking. Details: OpenAI conversion tools terms.
Vercel Web Analytics. The hosting provider also measures traffic in aggregate, without cookies or individual identifiers. This is why it is not included in the consent banner.
Claude course launch notification
If you sign up, I store your email address, signup date and evidence of your consent to notify you once when the Claude course launches. Your email and consent are required for signup. Signing up does not subscribe you to a newsletter or make a purchase. Legal basis: your consent (article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
The list is stored privately with Vercel in the Paris region. Only DevDream accesses it to manage signups and the launch announcement. Email addresses are not sold or shared for commercial purposes.
I delete this data after sending the announcement, and no later than 12 months after you sign up. You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time by emailing contact@devdream.fr.
Where does your data go?
The providers are Vercel for hosting, Cal.com for appointments, Google for analytics you accept, and OpenAI for advertising tracking you accept. They may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. For OpenAI, the parties' roles and transfer safeguards are described in the advertising data processing agreement. Advertising tracking does not load if you choose analytics only or reject all.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability: email contact@devdream.fr and I will process your request within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can contact the French data protection authority, CNIL, at cnil.fr.
